Martin-Tyrrell-Washington District Health

This nurse will be the lead for the Primary Care, Communicable Diseases and Tuberculosis Programs for the district. This role will help coordinate, plan and supervise the efforts of the Martin-Tyrrell-Washington (MTW) District Health Department to provide efficient Primary Care services and investigate Communicable Disease and Tuberculosis cases in Martin County.

The Nutrition Unit provides direct and consultative services to residents, public/private health agencies community-based nutrition programs in Martin, Tyrrell, Washington, and adjoining counties.

The professional school health nurse is responsible for assisting the Lead School Nurse in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating school health services within the context of the Washington County School District guidelines.
